UCH seeks an experienced senior living professional to assume the responsibilities of this newly created position that will replace the current Chief Operating Officer role.
UCH is a not-for-profit organization with over one-hundred years of service history. UCH provides housing, healthcare and supportive services to over 4,000 residents in 75 communities. UCH owns and operates 13 continuing care and extended care communities in Ohio, Tennessee, and Michigan and owns or manages nine affordable housing facilities in 13 states across the country. They offer a total of 1,492 senior living units made up of 447 Independent Living, 275 Assisted Living and 770 Nursing Care Beds. UCH employs about 60 in its corporate headquarters and a total of 1500 nationwide.
The new position will report to the CEO and will focus on cultivating current state growth and future state growth for the organization with a primary emphasis on existing revenue and future revenue generating service line activities.
Candidates must have broad experience within a related service organization that may include long term care, retirement communities, hospital and post-acute services, affordable housing, hospice, managed care and insurance payers, etc. Prior business and service line development and administrative leadership experience is required. A career pathway of progressive leadership responsibility over at least 10 years along with a familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid regulations is required. Contact robert.morrow@claconnect.com
