I/T Generalist

Otterbein Senior Life has an opening for a fulltime, salaried I/T Generalist. This position will be located at our Corporate Headquarters in Lebanon, OH.

SUMMARY

Otterbein Homes has an immediate opportunity for an I/T Generalist who possesses a great attention to detail. The candidate will troubleshoot and repair issues with dial tone, computers & peripheral equipment. The position requires day trips to various Otterbein locations in the state of Ohio.

Key Responsibilities:

Hands-on & remote controlled workstation support services
Repair, rebuild & replace desktop & laptop systems
Documentation – Inventory, Helpdesk, Hardware & Software
Record and close support tickets in the Helpdesk database
Troubleshoot dial tone & other phone system problems
DSL installation & troubleshooting
Respond to after-hours support calls on a rotation basis with other team members

Preferred Skills and Requirements:

A+ certification required (additional I/T related certification is a plus)
Desktop Windows O/S required
Proficient with MS Office Suite of products required
Excellent communication skills and positive attitude required
Organized and detail oriented required
Experience with network & phone cabling
Experience with Cisco Call Manager a plus
