President and CEO

St. Martin’s in the Pines seeks an experienced leader to oversee this retirement community of 100 ILUs, 40 AL, 45 Memory Care and 128 SNF. Sponsored by the Episcopal Foundation of Jefferson County, the campus began in 1959 and was the first of its kind in Alabama.

The CEO reports to the Board of Directors and has overall responsibility for the full continuum campus that also offers in home care. The position requires a caring, compassionate professional with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree in related field preferred. Five plus years of progressive leadership experience in continuing care.

Demonstrated operations, financial and management skills; strong analytical, business, and team leadership capabilities. Track record of successful customer service, continuous quality improvement strategies, relationship and partnership building. Fundraising experience is helpful.
