Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

Genacross Lutheran Services has an immediate opening for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator/Executive Director for our Toledo (Oregon) Campus. This position is responsible for leading, designing and oversight of care and services of the campus through a collaborative process with organization leaders that is reflected in long range, strategic, and operational plans.

The Executive Director leads and directs initiatives that deliver quality resident care and support services identified in each service delivery area. Additionally, this individual facilitates communication methodology to promote objectives and efforts to integrate resident and client care and support services accomplishments throughout the campus.

A Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business administration, a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license and three to five years of prior experience in healthcare administration or related field required. Prior experience working in a collectively bargained/union environment preferred. This position requires strong administration experience with a proven track record of organizational accomplishments and a passion for social ministry.
