DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING
Kendal at Granville, a highly regarded Five Star CARF Accredited Life Plan Senior Living Community located on 94 picturesque acres in Granville Ohio is looking for a Director of Sales, Marketing & Development.
The Director of Sales, Marketing & Development is responsible for generating leads and translating them into sales. This position develops and executes a creative and aggressive marketing strategy to increase and maintain occupancy in Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing. This includes responsibility for electronic and print advertising as well as generating a social media presence. The successful candidate will possess the ability to calibrate strategy as needed to achieve results. This position also provides day to day leadership for the members of the Sales and Marketing team.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Experience, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Five (5) or more years of experience achieving proven results in sales and marketing preferably in a non-profit senior living or healthcare setting.
- Experience overseeing and using a lead management system.
- Excellent communication skills including verbal and written. Proven ability to command an audience and quickly develop rapport and credibility with a diverse range of people.
- Enjoys working with older adults.
