I/T Generalist
Otterbein Senior Life has an opening for a fulltime, salaried I/T Generalist. This position will be located at our Corporate Headquarters in Lebanon, OH.
SUMMARY
Otterbein Homes has an immediate opportunity for an I/T Generalist who possesses a great attention to detail. The candidate will troubleshoot and repair issues with dial tone, computers & peripheral equipment. The position requires day trips to various Otterbein locations in the state of Ohio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on & remote controlled workstation support services
- Repair, rebuild & replace desktop & laptop systems
- Documentation – Inventory, Helpdesk, Hardware & Software
- Record and close support tickets in the Helpdesk database
- Troubleshoot dial tone & other phone system problems
- DSL installation & troubleshooting
- Respond to after-hours support calls on a rotation basis with other team members
Preferred Skills and Requirements:
- A+ certification required (additional I/T related certification is a plus)
- Desktop Windows O/S required
- Proficient with MS Office Suite of products required
- Excellent communication skills and positive attitude required
- Organized and detail oriented required
- Experience with network & phone cabling
- Experience with Cisco Call Manager a plus
