CORPORATE EXECUTIVE OF CREATIVE SERVICES 

The Corporate Executive of Creative Services develops strategy within the internal creative team, which operates like a creative agency and exclusively services the organization, to create concepts, execute elegant and data-driven design, photo/video production, and copy for all brand marketing, advertising, campaigns, digital media, internal marketing and all other creative services to curate the creative brand expression and experience that aligns with the brand and growth strategy. The Corporate Executive of Creative Services will build and lead the creative team, be the creative visionary, and encourage a mindset of growth through stronger connection with our audiences and better storytelling elevating the role of creativity and brand throughout the organization to achieve volume targets, communicate desired messages, and maintain the integrity of the organization's brand. 

Qualifications 

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications required.
  • Master's degree in marketing preferred.

Experience

  • Five years experience in brand marketing and communications within healthcare or other consumer service industry required.
  • Three years experience in a foundation, home health, hospice, or long-term care healthcare setting preferred.
  • Marketing agency experience preferred.
  • Experience leading and managing a brand marketing function and team.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts.
  • Proficiency with design, copy, and digital best practices/guidelines.
  • Proficiency with InDesign, Photoshop, Flash, Final Cut Pro, or other publishing tools.
  • Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and the internet required.
