The Home Health Review Choice Demonstration process is scheduled to be implemented in Ohio no earlier than October 1, 2018 as Ohio is one of the five initial states selected for the PCR demonstration. Join Palmetto representatives as they discuss what home health providers will need to know related to the Home Health Review Choice Demonstration and how to navigate this new process.

Substitution and Cancellation Policy: Substitutions, in writing, are welcome at no additional cost. Cancellations received by two calendar weeks prior to event date will be fully refunded. Cancellations received between 7 and 13 days prior to the event date will be refunded minus a $10 processing fee. No refunds will be issued 6 or fewer days prior to the event date.
Continuing Education Information
This event will provide 3.25 contact/clock hours, 3.9 CPE hours.
Criteria for successful completion: Attendance at entire event. Prorated contact hours will be considered in special circumstances, as allowed by your professional board.
