2019 Optum Annual Conference
The next Optum Hospice Pharmacy Services Annual Conference will be held June 13-14, 2019 at the Omni Charlotte Hotel in Charlotte, North Carolina. This free two day conference continues to be one of the most anticipated events of the year, providing concurrent educational sessions on both adult and pediatric topics. Optum strives to provide its clients with quality educational programs as well the opportunity to network and share knowledge with other hospice industry professionals. Accommodations and How to Register
Accommodations: Located at the intersection of Trade and Tryon streets, Omni Charlotte Hotel’s ideal location puts you within walking distance to area restaurants, nightlife, cultural events and shopping. A discounted room rate of $223 is available and will be offered until the reserved block of rooms is full or the cut-off date of May 15th. How to Register:
The conference is free of charge for our clients, but space is limited! For participants that are not clients of Optum, the registration fee of $99 includes the educational sessions, continuing education credits, continental breakfast each morning, lunch each day and a reception following the program on day one. A limited number of seats are also available free of charge to members of our partner sponsors. In addition, a free copy of one of our publications will be included. Participants may choose between the publications: Palliative Care Consultant, 4th Edition (Retail Price $69.99); Pediatric Palliative Care Consultant (Retail Price $79.99); or Wound Care at End of Life, 2nd Edition (Retail Price $29.99)!
