With recent announcements, the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) is seeking hospice and palliative care programs interested in participating in new alternative payment models (APMs). These new models, which greatly reduce the need for fee-for-service billing, do come with their own requirements and restrictions.
