    DNR “Fix” bill signed by the Governor

    Yesterday afternoon, Governor DeWine signed HB 138 into law. HB 138 included numerous changes to the laws governing emergency medical technicians (EMTs), including a long-awaited “fix” which would allow EMTs to follow Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) orders signed by nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
